This notice is for all players competing in the U-12 / U-15 categories at the East Area Preliminary (Yokohama).

A “Event Participation & Video Usage Consent Form” will be sent to the email address registered at the time of entry ticket purchase.

Please ensure that the form is electronically signed by both the participant and their legal guardian and completed before the event day.

For those who purchased their tickets on or after 13th January 2026,, we kindly ask that you download the “Event Participation & Video Usage Consent Form” from the link below, complete it with the required signatures including that of the legal guardian, and submit the original document at the reception desk on the event day.

Please note that participants who fail to submit the consent form will not be permitted to compete in the event.

We appreciate your understanding in advance.

For those considering on-site entry, please be aware that the consent form must be completed at reception on the day of the event.

Therefore, the presence of a legal guardian is required.

On-site entry will only be available if advance entries have not sold out.
