Important Notes

【U-15】
You are eligible to enter if you are 13, 14, or 15 years old on May 5, 2026.
If you are younger, please enter the U-12 category. If you are older, please enter the SOLO category.

【U-12】
You are eligible to enter if you are 12 years old or younger on May 5, 2026. If you are older, please enter the U-15 category.

WILDCARD

Submit your performance video online to enter the video-based preliminary round.
Participants from both Japan and overseas are welcome to challenge the wildcard round.

Area prelims

Regional competitions held across Japan
to determine representatives who will advance to the BEATCITY JAPAN FINAL.

Visitors standing	Standing tickets for spectators. * Up to 4 tickets per person.	【General】￥3,800 【U-18】￥2,500

Contestant entrys	Entry ticket for beatboxers participating as competitors. * Only the competitor may purchase this ticket. * Number of participants ：15(U-12) / 15(U-15)	【U-12】￥2,500 【U-15】￥2,500

Restricted Access: Participants under age 15 must be accompanied by a parent / guardian and provide a signed consent form.

Submission of Consent Form: This notice is for all players competing in the U-12 / U-15 categories at the East Area Preliminary (Yokohama).

A “Event Participation ＆ Video Usage Consent Form” will be sent to the email address registered at the time of entry ticket purchase.
Please ensure that the form is electronically signed by both the participant and their legal guardian and completed before the event day.

For those who purchased their tickets on or after 13th January 2026, we kindly ask that you download the “Event Participation ＆ Video Usage Consent Form” from the link below, complete it with the required signatures including that of the legal guardian, and submit the original document at the reception desk on the event day.

Please note that participants who fail to submit the consent form will not be permitted to compete in the event.
We appreciate your understanding in advance.

For those considering on-site entry, please be aware that the consent form must be completed at reception on the day of the event.
Therefore, the presence of a legal guardian is required.

On-site entry will only be available if advance entries have not sold out.

This event is all-standing.

Admission will follow the order of the numbered tickets.

A separate drink fee is required upon entry.

Up to 4 tickets may be purchased per person for General and U-18 standing tickets.

Competitor entry tickets may only be purchased by the competitor. (For Kids Division, a guardian may purchase.)s

U-18 tickets may only be used by those who are 17 or younger on the event date.
A valid photo ID is required for age verification upon entry.
If you cannot present valid ID, entry may be denied unless you pay the difference for a standard ticket.

For anti-resale measures, ID verification may be required at entry.

Resold tickets are invalid.
*
Tickets cannot be reissued for any reason.
*
No exchanges, changes, or cancellations after purchase.
*
The event may be filmed, and the audience may appear on camera.

Photography and video recording are permitted at this event.

RULES

For the KIDS category (U-15 and U-12), only the Elimination round will be held.
Only the Top 1 from the Elimination round will advance to the Final. Applies to EAST (Yokohama), WEST (Osaka) Prelims.
*

Winners of Wildcard are also eligible to compete in the Area Prelims. However, if a Wildcard winner wins the Prelim, the Wildcard slot will be passed on to the next eligible competitor.
